[Sip] Enquiry Regarding SIP REFER method.

Hi,

 As per RFC 3515 SIP Refer method Refer-To header field can contain HTTP uri. I want to know if the Refer-to header field contains an HTTP uri then what are the possible values the "method" attribute will contain?
