Hadriel: Great; thanks. The above was my expectation as well
on how it should work. You are correct in that connect-reuse
does not talk about any mechanism to keep the connection
"hot", so these drafts are orthogonal and complimentary.
Christer: As you move this forward, I can draft some text on
a guidance paragraph or so and send it to you.
