I have a specific suggestion on this topic.
I would like to see a late night education session:
Explain SAML
Explain how we use SAML with SIP
Show how the whole thing is used to solve a problem.
We might ask on the list who would attend such a session, but I suspect it
may be well attended, and after it, you may get some more feedback.
