Also, is the IETF taking on the topic of "billing/charging" now?

I'd argue that we moved into the topic of "accommodating broken billing/charging models" by the concessions we made with our flawed and mostly dysfunctional early-media model.

It's broken now, it has always been broken, and I predict it will continue to be broken for the future of SIP 2.0.
