For me is also annoying the secion 10.3 as Victor pointed:
The registrar returns a 200 (OK) response. The response MUST contain
Contact header field values enumerating all current bindings.
At least for me, that MUST forces the existence of a Contact header. Well, I
understand that it could mean "abscence" of Contact header but, will really
most of the implementors interpret it?
