[Sip] Project suggestions for class

I'm teaching a seminar class on VoIP this semester at Columbia and  
students are asked to complete a semester programming project. If you  
have suggestions for nice projects that can be done by 2-3 MS students  
in a semester, please let me know. (By Columbia IPR rules, it's up to  
the students whether they release the source code as open source.)
