[Sip] Subnot etags ready?

It's been a couple of months since the last update to
draft-ietf-sip-subnot-etags:

http://tools.ietf.org/wg/sip/draft-ietf-sip-subnot-etags/

And I haven't seen any discussion on it, which makes me believe it's
pretty much done and ready to ship. 

Chairs, I reckon you want another WGLC on the document?
