i don't care, whatever ietf had decided on, e.g. options, info, or
something new.  if you implement presence based version of this, UAs
need to be changed anyhow. probably you need to make changes also in
presence server in order to cope with privacy issues, i.e., who is
allowed to subscribe dialog state.
