I had no time to look at the new changes of the document, but I think
the Content-ID header in the samples is missing an angel bracket
according to RFC 2329:
Content-ID: target123 at atlanta.example.com
shouldn't that be
Content-ID: <target123 at atlanta.example.com>
?
