[Sip] draft-levy-sip-diversion-10: examples containing uselessly quoted values

Greetings,

Concerning draft-levy-sip-diversion-10, several examples still contain quoted values which conflict with the need for quotes within the ABNF.  This is leading to frequent interop issues and ambiguity.  Please remove the useless quotes from the examples (my preference) or clearly indicate that a uselessly quoted value is equivalent to the non quoted value.

For example... diversion-screen ABNF shows quotes are not needed for yes and no.  However examples (such as 10.3.5) include quotes for yes.

Another example... diversion-privacy ABNF shows quotes are not needed for full and off.  However examples (such as 10.3.5) include quotes for full and off.  The 10.3.6 example contains open quote off without the close quote.
