[Sipping] RE: +AFs-Sipping+AF0- New draft on H.323-SIP conference interaction requirements

We would like to bring attention to this draft

1.We consider the conference interaction between h.323 and SIP is 
market demanding problem. The carriers need to standadize the interaction
procedure.
 
2.Since SIP based conference architecture is discussed here, we guess 
it is inside the scope of the SIPPING WG.
 
3.Since the concrete solution may vary greatly, and it is difficult to 
reach agreement on concrete solution. we think it is necessary and reasonable
to describe some basic requirements to solve the problem firstly.
