[Sipping] New internet draft for Call Completition services

Hi all,

the new CCBS/CCNR internet draft is posted and available under 

http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-poetzl-sipping-call-completion-00.txt

In order to fulfill the requirements for  the Call Completition on Busy Subcriber / No Reply services defined in draft-jesske-sipping-tispan-requirements-03, it defines event packages for queue handling between application servers as well as a new P-Header for service indications and the use of the Allow-event header in 180 and 486 responses.
