Hi,

could you please briefly summarize the drawbacks of the straw-man
proposal I made in my original email? You draft could not have addressed
that because the proposal has been made today.

I would like to understand which requirements it fails to address in
order to improve it if necessary until all (or as many as possible)
requirements are reasonably covered.
