Title: 2 Docs in IESG Last Call

draft-ietf-speermint-requirements and draft-ietf-speermint-voip-consolidated-usecases appear to be sort of stuck in last call. I’ve messaged Cullen about each to see if we can proceed on these foundational documents. Hopefully we see some progress soon – we’ve not forgotten about them.
