Hi,

Please make sure your documents contain "Intended Status: Standards
Track" in the header.
Note that if you use xml2rfc, this defaults to Informational, which
can cause problems when it gets to the RFC editor. You need to fix the
attribute <doc category="std"> or the category field in XXE.
