Lars,
   There were some comments by Sandra Murphy which we have had
discussion. I had already responded to Fernando's comments and the
agreed upon comments are being incorporated. 
   That said, I agree that we have been slow in getting the next
revision for which I sincerely apologize, well for a change this time it
is us!
