[TLS] Test server with TLS 1.2, OpenPGP, SRP, PSK, X.509 and more

Inspired by Mike's test server, I have set up a HTTPS test server
based on the latest GnuTLS release.  The server implements SSL 3.0,
TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 (as of -02), with authentication support
for OpenPGP, X.509, SRP and PSK.
