While it's relatively easy to sort documents to "IPR-affected" and
"no significant IPR issues known" buckets, do you have any suggestions
about what kinds of rules you would want for sorting documents
to "Standards Track" and "Informational/Experimental" buckets?
In doing so, we have to follow RFC 2026 (which defines the different
maturity levels) -- but at least I cannot see how any mechanical rule
could be used to get that result, beyond asking WG members to exercise
their judgement (i.e. what we have done so far).
