 tls-srp until we have made that decision. Such a delay will not
 affect developers significantly.

While it's relatively easy to sort documents to "IPR-affected" and "no significant IPR issues known" buckets, do you have any suggestions about what kinds of rules you would want for sorting documents to "Standards Track" and "Informational/Experimental" buckets?

My preference is "IPR-affected" all go into the "Informational/Experimental" bucket. My main reasons for that are:


- It will stop this repetitive discussion

- The "lower" status of Informational or Experimental is irrelevant to users but seems relevant to some developers
