   Concerning MAC verification, when (say) a server wants to verify a
MAC appended to a record received from the client, the server must
compute the MAC of that record using the client's MAC write secret and
the client's sequence number, and compare the resulting MAC against
the one received. Is this correct, or am I totally wrong?
