[TLS] Session_ID shared between client and server ?

Hello, 

I have some computers, who communicates under TLS.

Those computers are client and server.

|      Server1    |        Session ID2         |     Client2      |

Can the Session ID1 be the same as Session ID2 ? 

Can Client2 reuse Session ID1 to establish his session on Server1 ?
