Anyone have a script handy that can extract ABNF from RFCs?

With that, we could then automate the check for well-formedness of ABNF that the latest PROTO writeup requires (item 1.j of the writeup in http://tools.ietf.org/wg/proto/draft-ietf-proto-wgchair-doc- shepherding/draft-ietf-proto-wgchair-doc-shepherding-08.txt)
