Right. I've somehow managed to get one of the tools servers out of
sync on this.  Sorry.  The two others showed the log link, but not
the one you were looking at, as you discovered.  Fixed now.  Excuse
the wasted time.

(I refer to 3 tools servers, but you saw only two A records for
tools.ietf.org because the third server is normally used for development
and testing and not for production service due to its narrower pipe.)
