[Tools-discuss] BCP 47 not updated?

http://tools.ietf.org/html/bcp47 contains RFC 4646, when it should be 
RFC 5646 (see http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5646). I know it's a very 
special case (one BCP consisting of two RFCs), but it would still be 
very nice if it were updated.
