Not receiving any comments yet about our NID internet-draft

Dear URN NID Admin,

We've sent the Internet-draft for NID.
On March 7, we could find the draft on the Internet-Drafts Database Interface page.

The draft name is,
draft-kyungsoo-name-urn-00.txt

Several months by, we didn't receive any comments yet.
We're wondering if the discussion period for technical review is finished.
Don't we need to update our draft?
Should we request for RFC publication?
If we should, what would we do?
Please check it out and inform us ASAP.
