Hi,

Sorry for the delayed reply -- had some vacation/disconnectivity :-)

WRT this proposed update -- it seems to me it would be worthwhile 
indicating where there are changes in the URN namespace definition over 
the previous version, and to indicate whether there are any issues with 
backwards compatibility?
