It turns out that the VR IP address should *not* be the source IP address in the VR advertisement: an address the router owns should be used.(Obviously these overlap for the VR IP address owner.)
That is exactly what confuses me: For the VR IP address owner, can we or can we not use that VR IP address as the source IP address of VR advertisement?
