that is correct, RFC 3667 does not require you to acknowledge agreement
with RFC 3667 sec 3.3 - 

I do not think that there needs to be such an acknowledgement (legally)
but it would not hurt to do so - if someone wants to include such an
acknowledgement I'd suggest

  "This document is an Internet-Draft and is subject to all provisions
  of section 3 of RFC 3667."

(use of "accept" can be a problem in some cases where the document
has been placed in the public domain)
