RE: WG Charters

While hyperlinks are being added, how about making the URLs to WG mailing list archives on the WG charter pages into hyperlinks? All the ones I've looked at seem to be perfectly good URLs but currently you have to cut and paste them into a browser...

Not sure who is responsible for this but I just noticed that on the pages
with the wg charters, in the section:

The various http:// lines are not hyperlinks, though everything else on
the page is.  Who can fix this?
