Related, but different. List-Archive is for the whole list.
Archived-At is for single messages.

For some people, it's difficult to believe that having an URI
to an archived version of a message in the message itself could
be of any use, but once you figure out how to use it (namely to
refer to that message in other messages, issue entries,... in a
way that everybody can share), you may not want to miss it.
