In my experience and at least one other wg member,
automated submission is not parsing the author list
of drafts that come from MSWord template(s).  According
to Henrik, this is a known bug and help (another tool)
is on the way. (I've been using XXE for years, but I
keep getting dragged back to Word...)

If you start-out in the automated submission, but switch to
manual because you have to edit the meta-data (see above),
your draft can get stuck for a long time (week+) without getting posted.
I had to contact IETF-action about this more than once.

I found it was much faster to use e-mail, ~1 day posting time
when not close to the deadlines...
