Please Remind Attendees to Sign Paper Blue Sheets

As you start your WG sessions, please take a moment to remind  
attendees that the paper blue sheets are the only official blue sheets  
for this meeting.

 There has apparently been some confusion about this, and some people  
are not signing the paper ones because they believe the e-bluesheets  
are sufficient.  This is not the case; the RFID tag e-bluesheets are  
entirely experimental.
