[XCON] optimizations for Ad-hoc group call

In the conferencing standards, will there be any optimizations for the
network to network interface?
For instance, if the focus is in one network domain and there are
participants in several different network domains, will the standard require
a single SIP dialog session between the focus and each end user? 

This could be greatly optimized by only creating a single SIP dialog between
the different network domains and the focus; thus, only a single negotiated
bearer path between the network domains.  This way, each network domain has
complete control over both signalling and bearer within its own domain.
