[XCON] CPCP Issue 17: Conference State Events

- <allow-conference-state> allows or blocks a user from subscribing to conference state event package

- Are those states sufficient? Do we need "confirm", "polite-block"?

Consensus on this question was that block and allow is enough

- Do we need to break conference state into pieces and authorise certain pieces of state and not others?
Proposal was to keep as is since conference state definition is not finalised yet and this does not have an immediate need. No one objected to the proposal.
