[XCON] use case for media policy
I'd like to add something like the following to the use cases.... This is a
case Rohan and I were using long ago to duke out if templates can actually
work.
Conferencing with the following characteristics. There is a room in Atlanta.
It has a camera of the podium, a camera of the slides being presented, and a
camera of the audience. There is a podium microphone and a wireless
microphone for the audience and an overhead speaker system. In Boston we
Bill who has a PC with a camera that he uses for slides and video and an
speaker phone that he uses for audio.
The room in Chicago has a panel of people with a video camera for the whole
panel and an microphone for each panel member as well as a microphone for
the audience and an overhead speaker system. There are two screens in
Chicago where one shows the presenter and the other shows the active speaker
unless this is the presenter in which case it shows the previous active
speaker.
Alice presents in the Atlanta room for awhile. Initially a remote users see
here slides and hears her but when Alice goes to Q&S the remote users screen
switches to side by side with the slides on one side and video of Alice in
the other.
Doug is watching the default video stream on his PC and is in an audio
sidebar with Elizabeth and Frank. They can hear the main conference audio in
the background.
Gail is on a PC watching slides and listening on the phone. She asks a
question using a text sidebar.
Henry has all a display with two big video tiles and a bunch of little ones.
The little ones show all the panel members and the presenter. The first big
one shows presenter and second big one shows active speaker unless it is the
presenter in which case it show previous active speaker.
