[XCON] text chat uses case

I would like to add another simple use case

There is a text chat conference that users can join. However, once this
conference is formed, if effetely lasts forever. There is no expiation that
it will end. Obviously it would end if the whole system when down or it was
later deleted but the practical exception is that it will last for many
years.
