[XCON] Questions for interim meeting

Some things I am hoping we have good proposed answer too at the end of the
interim meeting....

What is a template - do we call it a pattern?

What are the high level organization of the data model objects?

What is the lifecycle for the data objects?

Block diagram for xcon portions of system

What is the scope of rules - ie - what is the conditions and actions

Are we all doing CPL

What is a sidebar - how is whisper different? what is whisper? Is whisper
part of xcon?

Can the protocols work on just one instance or a meeting or all the
instances?
 
Does a floor have any semantics beyond what is defined for the floors in
that specific template? Can you have a floor with no associated media?

How to define focus in terms for things other than SIP.

Does the protocol to change the state request changes to the state or does
it request actions? I'm trying to ask if it is say set value x to y or it
says do the RPC call mutePartipant( x )

Can a conference have an arbitrary number of sidebars or can it only have a
finite number of sidebars that are defined in the template

Can a user have more than one Role at the same time - I would say no but
that a user can change roles.

Should the media XML be structured around an endpoint view or a server view.
Is there an array of users and each user has a mute or is there an array of
mute indexed by user.

Are we going with templates for media or some scheme to describe the mix
graph?
