[XCON] Discussion Point 2: Groups of RTP Streams

There was some discussion around the need to identify bundles of 
associated RTP streams, possibly at the protocol level, and possibly 
just as a concept for discussion of the protocols. Do we need this? If 
so, what do we call this? Is it represented in the protocols? If it is 
part of a protocol, how is the grouping defined?
