[XCON] Meeting Materials

The materials from the XCON meeting have been uploaded to the IETF 
proceedings page:

The materials include the slides prepared for BFCP connection 
establishment, which we didn't discuss during the session. Interested 
parties are invited to comment on the issues presented in that set of 
slides.
