Our ad-hoc meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, March
22nd, from 1510 to 1710. (This overlaps slightly with the plenary). The
room that has been reserved for us is Sapphire.

I encourage anyone who will be attending to summarize their opinions on
the list before the meeting.
