[XCON] Data Model Working Group Item Adoption

During the XCON face to face meeting on March 20, 2006, the participants
present agreed unanimously to adopt
draft-novo-xcon-common-data-model-01.txt to satisfy the Data Model
milestone delivery for the working group.

This message brings the decision to the list for discussion. Any
objections to this decision should be raised within the next week.
