[XCON] BFCP Connection Draft

Folks,

we did not have time to present the BFCP connection draft during our 
session in Dallas. In any case, you can download the slides I intended

I am interested in getting feedback on the open issue below, on slide 10th:

When a client gets the transport address of the server to perform an 
active TCP open:
o Do we allow FQDNs?
o If so, which DNS procedures do we define? SRV, A, AAAA...?
