NAT Traversal and BFCP WAS (Re: [XCON] Proposed small fixes to BFCP)

Hi Roni,

you can use ICE (e.g., using a TURN relay) for TCP-based media as well. 
That should cover your scenario. We do not need to develop any 
BFCP-specific extension for NAT traversal.
