[XCON] IETF 65: Feedback Needed

In an effort to improve the experience of meeting participants, the 
secretariat is requesting that all IETF participants -- including those 
who did not actually attend the Dallas meeting in person -- please fill 
out the following survey.

As a personal aside, we had one of these after IETF 64, and the 
secretariat (in my opinion) did a pretty good job of acting on the 
feedback they received. Participating in the survey really is an 
effective way to change things you don't like and keep things that you do.
