[XCON] XCON: Data Model Consensus

Hi folks,

After receiving the input from the authors of draft
draft-boulton-conference-control-package, we have made some small
changes to the data model to be align with the MEDIACTRL WG.

The small changes are mainly in section 4.2.11. under the <codecs> bullet. 
We have added a child element <subtype> in the <codec> element and some text 
to clarify the extensibility and the definition of some attributes and elements.

You will find the new draft version (draft-ietf-xcon-common-data-model-10) in the IETF 
database in few days.
