[XCON] New version of CCMP (draft-ietf-xcon-ccmp-04)

Hi all,

as you may know, we missed the deadline for submitting the -04 version  
of the draft. While we wait for submissions to re-open, I put it on a  
provisional server. You can download it at the following URL:

You will notice that many things have changed in this new version. I'm
