That may, in some cases, involve nothing more than explaining why the protocol shouldn't be changed now, but it's still important to call the issues out. To strain the "low-hanging fruit" metaphor, I don't think anyone expects us to rent a cherry-picker, but we might sometimes need to use a step-stool. Barry
