I'm afraid I've not been as on top as I'd've liked with regard to the pre-evaluation review.  Please forgive if these were mentioned before but ...

In seeking an explanation of local-part quoting, I had to consult ABNF rules in RFC 5321 more carefully, and noticed that there is a definition of String that doesn't appear to be used.  I also note that "atext" is declared but not defined (no reference to RFC 5322) even though atom is defined clearly.
