[YANG] shutting down yang at ietf.org

As announced in a previous mail we are shutting down yang at ietf.org. The
list will disappear soon, but not earlier than June 1st, 2008. All folks
interested to participate in the netmod work are invited to subscribe to
netmod at ietf.org.
