Well, it was mostly really TSV AD conservatism ;)

Anyway, it seems like there is general interest in this document in the 
form proposed. I got some private feedback along those lines too. I'll 
submit a revised document and we can evaluate whether to move forward 
with that or not. Unfortunately odds are very high I'll miss the mmusic 
session Friday, but hopefully we can have someone else lead a discussion 
on it.
